The Quality Management Team Leader works with a group of Administrators towards ensuring that the products and services offered by the company are fit for purpose and consistently meet both external and internal requirements such as legal compliance and customer expectations. This can be achieved by maintaining robust departmental processes and procedures. Therefore, regular checks and audits are performed to ensure strict compliance. The Quality Management Team Leader is also responsible for ensuring that transactions are being thoroughly checked and that they comply with the quality standards set. As a Quality Management Team Leader, you will be:

  • Leading the coordination of the activities required to meet quality standards
  • Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
  • Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
  • Perform audits and spot checks
  • Reviewing and updating internal control processes and procedures
  • Answering queries from department in regards to procedural issues
  • Complying with quality standards
  • Monitoring and advising on the performance of the quality management system, producing data and reporting on performance, measuring against set standards
  • Liaising with other divisions/ departments within the company to ensure that the quality system is functioning properly and where appropriate, advise on changes and their implementation and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards
  • Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met
  • Participating in training and coaching sessions for Continuous Learning and Development

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Quality Assurance, Business Management or studies in a related field
  • Familiar with ISO 9001:20015 and ISO 27001:2013 Standards
  • Previous proven experience within a Quality Assurance Department
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
  • Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude for thorough investigation with attention to detail and precision
  • Ability to prioritize, work within a team and allocate tasks
  • Ability in numerical and statistical analysis
  • Be principled and have integrity
