The Reception – Mailing Assistant is responsible for ensuring that the conference rooms of the Head office are always operational, welcoming and offer hospitality to the company’s visitors as well as controlling who is entering/exiting the building. The appointed member provides assistance to departmental heads or managers with administration duties, as required and is responsible for ensuring that all mailing/emailing related tasks are handled following the Company’s and Customer Service Department’s Procedures. As a Reception – Mailing Assistant, you will be:
- Making guests and visitors feel welcomed
- Managing conference room bookings
- Answering and allocation incoming phone calls to the appropriate member of staff
- Distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Distributing incoming and outgoing faxes
- Dealing with other administration duties as those may arise
- Receiving and allocating stock supplies
- Participating in training and coaching sessions for Continuous Learning and Development
Requirements:
- University degree in Secretarial Studies or Hospitality will be considered an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Energetic, enthusiastic and pleasant personality
- Telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to multitask
