Technical Claims Team – Claims Internal Assessor (Limassol)
The Claims Internal Assessor is responsible for reviewing and analysing claims, performing internal assessments for property and motor claims and/or assigning assessments to external assessors. The ideal Assessor’s role requires a combination of emotional intelligence and technical skills with strong knowledge regarding the assessment of a claim’s value. As a Claims Internal Assessor, you will be:
- Performing detailed assessments for damaged property / vehicles
- Guiding customers through the technical part of their claim
- Preparing claim folders
- Inputting data into claims systems and ensuring that all necessary documentation is included in the claim folder
- Liaising with service providers, monitoring and evaluating service levels
- Liaising with clients and their representatives and third parties
- Participating in training and coaching sessions for Continuous Learning and Development
Requirements:
- University degree in Automotive Engineering or studies in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Ability to work effectively, efficiently and to embrace changes involving technology
- Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Active listening and critical thinking
- Sound judgment and attention to detail
- Self-discipline and able to meet deadlines
- Patience and ability to deal with difficult customers and respond to technical questions
- Good judgment showing logical decision making, and a “hands on” approach
