By using the SmartAssist App, Gan Direct customers can initiate a claim, be reminded for their Insurance Policy due date, Road Tax, M.O.T. validity and a unique free SOS Emergency function in case of a Property or Health Emergency

The SmartAssist App includes a sophisticated yet simple GPS mapping technology giving the user the Expected Time of Arrival (With U) of our Assistance Task Force team. Whether you had an accident or a breakdown, our reliable Task Force is just minutes away. An ETA window will let the user know the estimated time of their arrival while seeing their position on the SmartAssist App’s Map.


Should you be in the unfortunate position where you urgently need one of the Public Emergency Services (Ambulance, Fire, Police), you can press the ‘SOS’ button and the App will not only call the Emergency Services for you, but will also notify your pre identified friends and family, by sms and email, that you are in need of help.
