Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or studies in a related field

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English is required. Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage

Quality Control Assistant (Limassol)
The Quality Control Assistant ensures that the products and services offered by the company are fit for purpose and consistently meet both external and internal requirements such as legal compliance and customer expectations. - Prepare and process daily payments
- Prepare instructions for bank transactions and follow them through
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Ensure daily sales are received from all branches timely
- Perform daily interface
- Reconcile daily sales to cash receipts
- Ensure that proper authorizations are received where necessary
- Ensure that petty cash summaries are received from all branches timely together with all supporting documentation
- Ensure financial information and documents are correctly processed daily
- Prepare monthly analyses and reconciliations as required

- SPSS, SAS or other analytical software will be considered an advantage

- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of all members through monthly performance evaluations, quarterly readiness tests and monthly quizzes
- Review and provide feedback to members as per the Quality Call Monitoring performed
